Join us on Saturday May 3rd for an immersive workshop rooted in the traditional Hawaiian practice of kilo (careful observation). In this session, we begin with the foundational principles of kilo—what it is, how to engage in it, and what to observe in the natural world, especially through the lens of the mahina (moon).
As we deepen our practice, we shift focus inward to explore self-kilo—the art of observing ourselves. We’ll break this process down into five key elements to support mindful awareness and alignment with the natural rhythms around and within us. Whether you’re new to kilo or looking to strengthen your practice, this workshop offers a grounding space to connect, reflect, and observe with intention.
