Our 2027 Makahiki Calendar focuses on Hawaiian agroforestry, highlighting a different plant each month and transforming it into a kapa kuiki (Hawaiian quilt) design. Look closely at each pattern and see if you can identify the different parts of the plant within the design.
Our desk calendar is the perfect companion to our wall calendar. Sized at 4x8 inches, it’s spiral-bound with a built in triangular stand for easy display. Both the wall and desk calendars include an educational page about each plant, its uses, and its importance in Hawaiian agroforestry.
Featuring stunning artwork by Jenna Ikeda of BujoBae and lunar cycle calculations by Haunani Miyasato of Kaulana Mahina, this collab calendar blends beauty, culture, and ʻike into a tool you’ll use all year.
